ATB: Notice of stock status

On October 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of An Thinh Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: ATB) as follows: 

- ATB shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 and the audited Financial Statements 2022 for more than 45 days, the auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on the company’s 2021 financial statement at Point b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. SGO shares will only be traded on Friday weekly when being moved out of trading suspension.

- ATB shares are under alert since 13/07/2023 (Decision No. 684/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the latest two consecutive years from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises as prescribed in Points b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
