LIX: Approving the transaction with related parties

Lix Detergent Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution dated October 10, 2023 to approve the agreement signing, transaction with related parties. Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 35% of the company’s total assets in the latest audited financial statements.
