- Reason: Due to the Company's production and business situation in the first 9 months of 2023 facing many difficulties, pesticide prices dropped sharply, sales volume was low, leading to a decline in sales revenue, affecting cash flow which can not follow the dividend payment plan.
Other contents in the Notice no.1285/TB-CNVSD dated 20/09/2023 by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
