FBC: Notice on the the maximum foreign ownership rate

On October 11, 2023,according to the official dispatch No.6723/UBCK-PTTT dated 06/10/2023, the company announced  the maximum foreign ownership rate as follows:
The  maximum foreign holding rate at the company (UPCoM: FBC) at 0% complying with the regulations of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government.
