CII: Adjustment of time period for right transfer, subscription and making payment for shares purchase

According to Notice No. 463/2023/TB-CII dated 10/10/2023 of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company on adjustment of time period for right transfer, subscription and making payment for shares purchase, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the change of schedule for execution of right issue as follows:

+ Purchase right transfer time: from 26/10/2023 to 09/11/2023.
+ Time to register to order and pay to buy bonds: From 26/10/2023 to 15/11/2023
+ Deadline for depository participants to submit bond ordering list and transfer bond ordering money to CNVSDC: November 17, 2023
+ Effective date to cancel purchase right code: November 20, 2023

+ Purchase right transfer time: from 26/10/2023 to 14/11/2023.
+ Time to register to order and pay to buy bonds: From 26/10/2023 to 20/11/2023
+ Deadline for depository participants to submit bond ordering list and transfer bond ordering money to CNVSDC: 22/11/2023
+ Effective date to cancel purchase right code: 23/11/2023
Other contents of CNVSDC's notice No. 1321/TB-CNVSDC dated 05/10/2023 remain unchanged.
