5. Reason: Dividend payment in cash:

5.1. Exercise rate: 10%/share (shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every 01 share they own)

5.2. Exercise date: 10/11/2023 (November 10, 2023)

5.3. Place of payment:

a. Dividend payment in cash

- Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. 

- In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.

b. Dividend payment by transfer: register for transfer by form

 Notes

- The company will deduct 5% to pay personal income tax in accordance with the law

- The company only transfers dividends to the account in the name of the shareholder entitled to receive dividends

- Shareholders who have not come to receive dividends after November 10, 2023 will not be charged interest
