Khang Minh Group Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Dang Viet Le has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 6/10/2023
- Nguyen Huu Phu, Do Minh Duc, Nguyen Cong Duy, and Hoang Van Hai have been appointed Member of the B.O.D with effect since 6/10/2023
- Nguyen Thi Duyen has been appointed Information disclosure officer with effect since 10/10/2023
- Tran Hung Dung and Nghiem Viet Dung have resigned from Member of the B.O.D with effect since 6/10/2023
- Nguyen Viet Ha has resigned from Member of the B.O.D with effect since 10/10/2023
- Nguyen Thi Thu Trang has resigned from Chief of the S.B with effect since 6/10/2023
- Cao Thi Thuong and Nguyen Minh Duc have resigned from Member of the S.B with effect since 6/10/2023.
