KSH: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no.0610/2023/GLS-CV dated 06/10/2023 of DAMAC GLS Joint Stock Company about cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions to attend the second annual general meeting 2023 at the record date 18/08/2023, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows: 
Cancellation of the List of Shareholders of KSH for Corporate Actions to attend the second annual general meeting 2023 at the record date 18/08/2023 according to document no. 2177/TB-VSD dated 09/08/2023 of VSDC.
Reason: The company requires additional time to complete the necessary documents and records before organizing the annual general shareholders' meeting.
VSDC notifies DM to be informed and to relay this information to the shareholders of KSH whose shares are deposited at DMs.
