KSH: Cancellation of record date for 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 0610/2023/GLS-CV dated 06/10/2023 of Damac GLS Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2023 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2023 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 18/08/2023
Reason for cancellation: the preparatory work has not been completed
