KHL: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Based on the official letter No. 01/2023/CV-KHL dated 12/10/2023, from Hung Long Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the list of shareholders exercising their rights, the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) announces the following:
Canceling The list of KHL stockholders exercising their rights to participate in the Annual General Meeting in 2023, with record date on 19/04/2023 as on Announcement No. 1170/TB-VSD dated 05/04/2023 by VSDC.
Reason: The company requires additional time to prepare the venue and complete the agenda for the Annual General Meeting in 2023.
VSDC informs the depositary members (DMs) and conveys this information to the shareholders who have KHL shares deposited at DMs.
