HTP shares could be delisted

The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the following: HTP shares of Hoaphat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point n, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP due to the lack of listing conditions after restructure; the Company did not implement procedures for reviewing listing conditions within prescribed time. The Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider compulsory delisting of HTP shares.
