GPC: Notice of stock status

On October 20, 2023, HNX announces the status of Green Plus Joint Stock Corporation’s shares (stock code: GPC) as follows: GPC shares are under trading restriction since 20/10/2023 according to Decision No.1102/QD-SGDHN because the company is late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 for over 45 days according to Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. It is only traded on Friday weekly when it is put out of trading suspension
