BII: ​Notice on stock status

On 20/10/2023, HNX announces the status of Bao Thu Industrial Development and Investment JSC’s shares (stock code: BII) as follows:
- BII shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 1096/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2023 due to the reason that the company is late to submit reviewed semi-annual financial statement for 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure, the company is forced into mandatory delisting out of the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2022 as prescribed at point b, c Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- BII shares are under alert since 13/07/2023 (Decision No. 688/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2023 fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises as prescribed in Points b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
