AMP: ​Notice of stock status

On 20/10/2023, HNX announces the status of Armephaco Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: AMP) as follows: AMP shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the company is late to submit reviewed semi-annual financial statement for 2022, 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure as prescribed at point b Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
