- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong has resigned from Chair of the BOD with effect since 21/10/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Cong Luan has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 21/10/2023
- Ms. Nguyen Xuan Han has resigned from Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 21/10/2023
- Mr. Hach Thanh Toan has been appointed Chair of the BOD with effect since 21/10/2023
- Ms. Tran Thu Hoai has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 21/10/2023
- Ms. Mai Phuong has been appointed Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 21/10/2023
