CDO: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 1098/QD-SGDHN dated October 20, 2023 superseding Decision No. 493/QD-SGDHN dated May 22, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of CDO stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: the company is late to submit reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Other reasons: the company is late to submit audited financial statement of 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points b  Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Consultancy Design and Urban Development Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
