PVE: ​Decision on being under continued alert on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 1106/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2023 superseding the Decision No. 349/QD-SGDHN dated April 05, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of PVE stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: The company is late to submit the reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Other reasons: The company is late to submit the reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Petrovietnam Engineering Consultancy JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
