KSH: Notice of stock status

On October 20, 2023, HNX announces the status of Damac GLS Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: GLS) as follows: GLS shares are under trading restriction since 20/10/2023 according to Decision No.1104/QD-SGDHN because the company is late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 and Audited Financial Statement for over 45 days according to Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
It is put on alert according to Decision No.38/QD-SGDHN dated 13/02/2023 because The Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting 2022 from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises according to Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
