On October 19, 2023, the Board of Directors of BSR approved the transaction with the related person PVOIL Singapore Pte Ltd - PVOSN, specifically: Approve the results of purchasing imported crude oil under a long-term contract for the first 6 months of 2024 with PVOIL Singapore Pte Ltd - PVOSN.
