- Mr. Do Minh Ha has been appointed Deputy General Manager cum Head of General Department for 5 years with effect since 20/10/2023;
- Mr. Tran Sy Khanh has been appointed Chief Accountant cum Head of Finance-Accounting Department for 5 years with effect since 20/10/2023.
