PGB: Change in personnel

Petrolimex Group Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung has resigned from Chair of the BOD with effect since 23/10/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Tien Dzung has resigned from Vice-chair of the BOD with effect since 23/10/2023;
- Both Mr. Nguyen Manh Hai and Mr. Oliver Schwarzhaupt have resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 23/10/2023;
- Mr. Nilesh Banglorewala has resigned from Independent Member of the BOD with effect since 23/10/2023;
- Ms. Duong Anh Tuyet has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 23/10/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Tuan Vinh has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 23/10/2023;
- Mr. Pham Manh Thang has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2020-2025 with effect since 23/10/2023;
- Mr. Dao Phong Truc Dai has been appointed Vice-chair of the BOD for the term 2020-2025 with effect since 23/10/2023;
- Ms. Dinh Thi Huyen Thanh has been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2020-2025 cum Acting General Manager with effect since 23/10/2023;
- Mr. Vuong Phuc Chinh has been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2020-2025 with effect since 23/10/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam has been appointed Independent Member of the BOD for the term 2020-2025 with effect since 23/10/2023;
- Mr. Tran Ngoc Dzung has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board for the term 2020-2025 with effect since 23/10/2023;
- Mr. Trinh Manh Hoan has been appointed Specialized Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2020-2025 with effect since 23/10/2023.
