TKC: Change in personnel

Tan Ky construction and real estate trading corporation announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Trong Dung has been appointed the Chair of the Board of Directors through December 2026 with effect since 10/10/2023
- Mr. Cao Hoang Diep has been appointed the Managing Director-cum-Legal representative through December 2026 with effect since 10/10/2023
- Mr. Le Dai Nghia has resigned from his position of Chair of the Board of Directors-cum-Legal representative with effect since 10/10/2023
- Mr. Hoang Van Hau has resigned from his position of Managing Director with effect since 10/10/2023
