TAR: Stock under trading restriction

Following Decision No. 1128/QD-SGDHN dated 25/10/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Trung An Hi-Tech Farming Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: TAR
- Reason: The company is more than 45 days late in submitting its separate and consolidated semi-annual financial statements for 2023 compared to the prescribed deadline.
- Effective date: 30/10/2023
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday. 
- Applicable laws: Point a Section 1 Article 39 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
