Following Decision No. 4144/QD-SGDHN dated 26/10/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follow:
-       Issuer: Dzi An Mechanoelectric Joint Stock Company
-       Stock code: DZM
-       Securities type: common stock
-       Reason: The company is more than 45 days late in submitting its separated and consolidated semi-annual financial statements 2023 compared to the prescribed deadline.
-       Effective date: 30/10/2023
-       Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday. 
-       Applicable laws: Point a Section 1 Article 39 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
-       Otherwises, the stock is also under alert and suspension status.
