PSB: Change in personnel

Sao Mai – Ben Dinh Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Hai Binh has resigned from Chair/Member of the BOD with effect since 26/10/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan has resigned from Chief/Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 26/10/2023;
- Mr. Pham Van Hung has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2022-2027 with effect since 26/10/2023;
- Ms. Nguyen Le Tra has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board for the term 2022-2027 with effect since 26/10/2023.
