NCG: Transferring registration, depository data of NCG shares from UPCOM (Unlisted Public Company Market) to HOSE (Listed market)

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transferring of the data of registration and depository for NCG shares from UPCOM to HOSE as follows:

- Total registered securities quantity: 119.784.325 shares
- Total registered securities value: 1.197.843.250.000 VND
(In words: Three hundred sixty billion twenty-seven million eighty thousand Vietnamese dong)
Starting from 31/10/2023, VSDC branch will transfer the data of registration and depository for NCG shares from UPCOM to HOSE in VSDC system.
