Following Decision No. 4253/QD-SGDHN dated 30/10/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Mineral and Mechanical JSC
- Stock code: MIM
- Reason: The company is 45 days late in submitting the audited semiannual financial statements 2023 over due date
- Effective date: 1/11/2023
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday. 
- Applicable laws: Point a Section 1 Article 39 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unliste
- Otherwise, the stock is under alert and suspension status.
