On October 31, 2023, the State Securities Commission announced Notice No. 7370/UBCK-PTTT on the dossier announcing the maximum foreign ownership rate of Son Ha Development of Renewable Energy Joint Stock Company as follows:
The State Securities Commission has received a dossier announcing the maximum foreign holding rate at Son Ha Development of Renewable Energy Joint Stock Company (the Company) (HNX: SHE) at 50%, complying with Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government on detailed regulations to implement several articles of the Law on Securities (Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP).
Request the Company to disclose information on the maximum foreign ownership rate as prescribed in Section 2 Article 13 of Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 by the Minister of Finance, guiding the information disclosure on the securities market.
Request the Vietnam Securities Depository Corporation to update and adjust the system on maximum foreign ownership rate at the Company under Section 4 Article 142 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP.
