CII: Adjustment of time period for right transfer, subscription and making payment for shares purchase

According to Notice No. 502/2023/TB-CII dated 03/11/2023 of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: CII), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce adjustment of time period for right transfer as follows:

- Information announced in Notice No. 1349/TB-CNVSDC dated 12/10/2023 of CNVSDC:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 26/10/2023 to 14/11/2023.
+ Time period for subscription and payment: From 26/10/2023 to 20/11/2023
+ Deadline for member's submission of the list of subscribers, making payment to CNVSDC: 22/11/2023
+ Effective date to cancel purchase right code: 23/11/2023
- Adjustment information:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 26/10/2023 to 21/12/2023.
+ Time period for subscription and payment: From 26/10/2023 to 28/12/2023.
+ Deadline for member's submission of the list of subscribers, making payment to CNVSDC: 02/01/2024
+ Effective date to cancel purchase right: 03/01/2024
Other contents of CNVSDC's notice No. 1321/TB-CNVSDC dated 05/10/2023 remain unchanged.
