PVR: Notice of stock status

On November 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Hanoi PVR Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: PVR) as follows: PVR shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the company stops its main production and business activities for 1 year or more; the auditing organization had disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 according to Point c, dd Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
