On November 17, 2023, HNX announces the stock status of Songhong Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: SHG) as follows: SHG shares are under trading restriction under Decision No. 1173/QD-SGDHN dated November 17, 2023 for the following reasons:
- The Company recorded negative owner's equity in the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023;
- The auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion to the Audited Financial Statements 2021 and qualified opinions to the Audited Financial Statements 2022; and
- The Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for two consecutive years from the end of each fiscal year as stipulated in Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises.
The Company is thus under trading restriction as prescribed at Points a, c and h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
