TKC: Shares could be delisted

The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the following: TKC shares of Tan Ky construction and real estate trading corporation are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP due The company seriously violated its information disclosure obligations and failed to fulfill its financial obligations to the Stock Exchange. The Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider compulsory delisting of TKC shares.
HNX requests Tan Ky construction and real estate trading corporation to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
