ATB: Notice of stock status

On 24/11/2023, HNX announces the status of An Thinh Joint Stock Company (stock code: ATB) as follows:
- ATB stock is put out of alert under Decision No. 1187/QD-SGDHN dated 24/11/2023 as The Company organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 under Point b Section 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- ATB shares are under continued trading restriction since 05/10/2023 due to the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 and the audited Financial Statements 2022 for more than 45 days, the auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on the company’s 2021 financial statement at Point b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. SGO shares will only be traded on Friday weekly when being moved out of trading suspension.
