DRG: Change in personnel

DakLak Rubber Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Viet Tuong has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 24/11/2023;
- Mr. Bui Quang Ninh has been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2023-2028 cum General Manager with effect since 24/11/2023;
- Both Mr. Nguyen Do and Mr. Nguyen Minh have been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2023-2028 cum Deputy General Manager with effect since 24/11/2023;
-Mr. Nguyen Tran Giang has been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2023-2028 cum Chief Accountant with effect since 24/11/2023;
- Both Mr. Nguyen Van Cuc and Mr. Ta Quang Tong have been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 24/11/2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Thac Hoanh has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 24/11/2023;
- Both Mr. Phan Thanh Tan and Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Quyen have been appointed Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 24/11/2023;
- Ms. Le Thi Bich Thao has been appointed Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Board Secretary for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 24/11/2023.
