·     Adjusting the 2022 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) approved in the Resolution No. 11/2022-NQ.ĐHĐCD-NVLG dated 19/04/2022 and Resolution No. 13/2023-NQ.ĐHĐCĐ-NVLG dated 04/05/2023 and 2023 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) were approved in the Resolution No. 04/2023-NQ.DHĐCD-NVLG dated 23/03/2023.
· Adopt a framework agreement on indemnification of sureties.
