• Stock code: BLF
• Par value: VND 10,000/share
• Volume of delisted shares: 11,500,000 shares
• Value of delisted shares (by par value): VND 115,000,000,000
• Delisting date: 5/12/2023
• Last trading day at HNX: 4/12/2023

Reason for the delisting: BLF is canceled to be listed because the shares has no transaction on HNX in 12 months. According to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP, it is a compulsory delisting case.
