CTC: Notice on stock status

On 29/11/2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on status of  the shares as follows:
- CTC stock is put under trading suspension under Decision No. 1207/QD-SGDHN dated 29/11/2023 due to the reason: the Company continues violates information obligation after being put in trading restriction status (late in submitting Financial statement Q3/2023), under Point c Section 1 Article 41 of the Listing Regulations.
- CTC stock is put under alert under Decision No. 966/QD-SGDHN dated 21/9/2023 due to the reason: the Company did not hold the AGM 2023 over 6 months since the fiscal year ended, the undistributed profit after tax at 31/12/2022 was negative, the auditor has qualified opinion towards Financial statement 2022. This is under Point b, c and d Section 1 Article 37 of the Listing Regulations.
