On 29/11/2023, pursuant to Decision No. 5088/TB-SGDHN, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) officially admitted the compulsory delisting of the following stock:

• Issuer: Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Corporation 
• Securities type: common share
• Stock code: CTX
• Par value: VND 10,000/share
• Volume of delisted shares: 78,907,276 shares
• Value of delisted shares (by par value): VND 789,072,760,000
• Delisting date: 12/12/2023
• Last trading day at HNX: 11/12/2023
• Reason for the delisting: The stock is canceled to be listed due to the violation in disclosure information of the company and the company has no transaction after being listed on HNX within 12 months. According to the provisions of Point o and d, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP, it is a compulsory delisting case.
