IBC: Transferring registration, depository data of IBC shares from HOSE to UPCOM

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for IBC shares from HOSE to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 83,150,661  shares
- Total value of registered securities: 831,506,610,000 VND
From 07/12/2023, VSDc will transfer data of registration and depository of IBC shares from HOSE to UPCOM. 
Reason: Shares of Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company are delisted on HOSE in accordance with decision no.761/QĐ-SGDHCM dated 29/11/2023 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange
