     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 08%/ share ( (shareholders receive 08 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
          - Rounding plan, plan for handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued to pay dividends to existing shareholders is rounded down to the unit according to the principle that if less than 1 is rounded to 0. Number Fractional shares arising (if any) due to rounding down will be canceled.
            For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 168 shares, shareholder A will receive additional issued shares calculated as follows: 168:100 x 8 = 13.44. Shareholder Nguyen Van A received 13 new shares (odd shares of 0.44 shares will be canceled).
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares:  Song Da Cao Cuong JSC (Km 28+100, QL 18 Pha Lai, Chi Linh, Hai Duong) on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
