- Mr. Nguyen Nhat Khanh has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 03/12/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Mau Bao Thien has been appointed Chair of the Audit committee with effect since 03/12/2023
- Mr. Vu Hai Nam has been appointed Member of the Audit committee with effect since 03/12/2023
- Mr. Vu Van Ngoc has been appointed General Manager with effect since 03/12/2023
- Mrs. Dang Thi Thu Hien has been dismissed from Chair of the Audit committee with effect since 03/12/2023
- Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong has been dismissed from Member of the Audit committee with effect since 03/12/2023
