- Mr. Nguyen Nhat Khanh has been appointed member of the Board of Directors-cum- Chair of the Board with effect since 03/12/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Mau Bao Thien has been appointed independent member of the Board of Directors with effect since 03/12/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet has been dismissed from member of the Board of Directors-cum- Chair of the Board with effect since 03/12/2023
