On December 01, 2023, the Board of Directors of BSR approved the transaction with the related person, namely PetroVietnam Oil Joint Stock Corporation (PVOIL), specifically: Approve the results of negotiations to purchase Hai Thach Condensate for the period January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024 with PVOIL (Oil owner's representative).
