On 31/12/2023, the company announced Official Dispatch No. 8436 of the State Securities Commission regarding the maximum foreign ownership rate is 50%, which is full and valid under Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 detailing the execution of a number of article of the Law on Securities.
