- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares, unsubscribed shares:
+ Principle of rounding: the number of shares additionally offered to existing shareholders are rounded down to the whole number.
+ Principle of handling fractional shares, unsubscribed shares: the remaining shares are:
(i) The remaining shares due to existing shareholders refusing to buy part or all of the offering.
(ii) The number of fractional shares arises due to rounding down when calculating the number of shares that existing shareholders can buy according to the offering ratio.
These remaining shares will be offered by the Board of Directors to other investors with offering conditions no more favorable than that offered to existing shareholders.

The handling of remaing shares has to ensure compliance with the provisions of Article 42 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 and ensure other conditions as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 195 of Enterprise Law and other relevant provisions of prevailing laws.
In case of expiration of the stock distribution deadline as prescribed by prevailing laws (including the extended time (if any)), if there are still undistributed shares, these shares will be canceled and the Board of Directors decides to end the issuance.
Example: shareholder A who owns 101 shares on the record date is entitled to buy 16.833 shares ((101 x 1) : 6 = 16.833). According to above principle, he/she is entitled to buy 16 shares.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 21/12/2023 to 09/01/2024.
+ Rights are transferred once only. Shareholders can transfer their rights to one or several other individuals/institutions within the prescribed time, the transferee is not allowed to transfer rights to a third party.
- Regulations on subscribed shares:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 21/12/2023 to 15/01/2024.
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable. Existing shareholders who own shares during the transfer restriction period will be entitled to the right of buying shares. Those shares are not subject to transfer restriction

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 19/12/2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
