CTA: Notice of stock status

On December 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Vinavico JSC’s shares (stock code: CTA) as follows:
- CTA shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No. 1266/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023 due to the reasons that the company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law; the company was forced to be delisted due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations according to Decision No. 763/QD-SGDHN dated 15/11/2019 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange as prescribed at points e, dd Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
- CTA shares are under trading restriction as prescribed at point h Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange due to the reasons that according to point 2 Article 139 Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years from the end of the fiscal year.
