VLF: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

- Ground for trading suspension: Audited Financial Statements 2020, 2021 and 2022 
- Reason(s): the company had negative owner equity in Review financial statement 2022
- Another reason: the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point a, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading suspension, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
