On December 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Vietnam Land Investment Corporation (stock code: VNI) as follows:
- VNI shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No. 5237/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023 due to the reasons that the company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the Company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law; the company was forced to be delisted due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations as prescribed at Points e and d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
