Petroleum Pineline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Vu Phuong has resigned from Manager with effect since 08/12/2023;
- Mr. Pham Van Thu has been appointed Deputy Managing Director in charge with effect since 08/12/2023.
