     * Dividend payment by share to existing shareholders: 
      - Exercise rate: 20% (shareholders owning 05 shares will receive 01 new share) 
          - Exercise place:
     + For undeposited shares: shareholders carry out procedures to receive dividends at Head Office of Son Ha Development of Renewable Energy Joint Stock Company and present citizen identification. 
          + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
      - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders. 
Example: At the record date of the list of shareholders to exercise the rights, shareholders owning 108 shares, the number of shares will be calculated as follows: 108 x1/5 = 21.6 shares. The number of shares to be received are 21 shares, fractional shares will be removed.
